All classes are approximately 60min and attendance will be limited to the first 10 students that sign up on MindBody.

The open gym is only for the students with a fitness membership, also must sign up on MindBody app to avoid over crowding.

* Family Strength & Conditioning Class at 9am on Saturday’s which will be open to all Fitness members. Children 10 and older are welcome to join their parents/guardians for a workout (Ages 10-12 require a parent/guardian to workout with them, 13 and older can workout on their own)
