At MN BJJ Burlington we believe in a holistic approach to training, body, mind and spirit. With our Add-on fitness membership we are able to offer our members one complete BJJ and Fitness membership without the huge costs of belonging to 2 separate gyms.

Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed by Daniel Theissen, owner and head coach of Radix Performance Center in Oakville. Daniel is one of the top combat trainers in the country and we are honoured to have him working with MN BJJ Burlington. Our Fitness program is designed for Jiu-Jitsu players looking to take their game to the next level by maximizing your bodies’ potential for strength, power, endurance and mobility. This class is designed to go through training phases based on whether you’re in a fight camp or just want to improve your overall health and game. Each phase has a specific goal: When we are out of camp, the goal will be to maximize strength and power, when we’re in camp, we want to maximize strength endurance and aerobic capacity. Each class will be coached by a top level Fitness coach. You will be taught proper technique in all movements and your program is designed specifically by Daniel Theissen for BJJ athletes.
Our fitness classes are approximately 60min and will include a warm up, strength work, accessory work, conditioning and mobility. You will be amazed at how quickly your body will change and the overall benefits to not only your BJJ game, but to your everyday life. You will be made to feel part of a family at MN BJJ Burlington and truly look forward to coming into the gym.
